5. Chatbot Owners’ Responsibility
If you embed a Logetive chatbot on your website, you are considered the data controller for any user interactions. It is your responsibility to:

Logetive acts as a data processor and stores interaction data securely on your behalf.

Platform user data is retained as long as your account remains active or as required for billing/legal compliance.
Anonymous chatbot interaction data is retained for a period necessary to provide and improve our services. While we do not retain this data indefinitely, retention times may vary based on platform configurations and operational needs.
