By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Organization accounts allow management of multiple chatbots, with owners responsible for all associated activities.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Create or deploy chatbots that are harmful, abusive, hateful, misleading, or spammy.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform.
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Logetive require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider (Stripe).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are provided only as required by law.

6. Data Processing and Privacy
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Chatbot interactions may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, and Deepseek) for response generation.
We recommend avoiding sensitive or personal information in chatbot interactions.
You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, branding, and content, remains the property of Logetive.
You own the content you upload or create within your chatbot.
By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Service Availability and Support
We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Support is provided according to your subscription plan and may vary by tier.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. AI-Generated Outputs
The Service allows you to build, deploy and use chatbots driven by AI models via third-party providers. You acknowledge that such models may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or otherwise erroneous content (“Hallucinations”).
You accept sole responsibility for the use of any output produced by these chatbots (including how you display, publish, rely on or act upon it).
We make no warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any AI-generated output for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on, or use of, such AI-generated output.
You agree to ensure that your end-users are warned that the chatbot is AI-driven and may not always be accurate.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you (for example, by email or by posting a notice on the platform). Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Athens, Greece.
